The Wreck of the Manuka

The Manuka was wrecked at Long Point on 16th December 1929. The Union Company vessel was on its regular horseshoe run from Melbourne to Wellington via Bluff and Dunedin and went ashore in thick weather a few hours after departing from Bluff. The book covers the full story of the ship, the wreack and the aftermath.
